During her lecture, Agnieszka Stein, a child psychologist, author, and promoter of attachment parenting, will present a new perspective on self-care. She will discuss how to navigate the contradictions inherent in this concept and how to find a way to care for yourself that does not drain your energy, but instead adds to it every day.
