1. I have bought tickets on bilety.garnizon.pl; however, I have not received an email with my ticket. How can I get my ticket?
In this case, please contact us by email at bilety@garnizon.pl. We respond to messages from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
2. Is it possible to order a collector's or paper ticket?
We do not sell tickets in physical form. After purchasing your ticket, you will receive an email containing a link to download the e-ticket in PDF format.
3. Can I make a ticket reservation?
We do not make ticket reservations. If you are interested in an event sold on bilety.garnizon.pl, we encourage you to purchase a ticket.
4. I'm having trouble making a purchase. Can you help?

5. Do I have to present my ticket on paper at the doors?
No, you can present your ticket on your phone. Please keep in mind that a damaged screen or a display that is too dark may cause problems with scanning the ticket.
6. Is it possible to return a ticket purchased on tickets.garnizon.pl?
A refund is only possible if the event is cancelled or moved. For more information, please see sections 7 and 8 of our Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Tickets via the Garnizon Internet Ticket Sales System.
7. Are tickets purchased outside tickets.garnizon.pl valid?
We would like to warn you against buying tickets second-hand or on other sites - we do not mediate in unauthorised transactions.

9. What time will the event I have bought a ticket for start?
